At Maternity Care, we aim to provide valuable guidance, support, and
education for expecting and new mothers through our workshops and
sessions. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.
1. No Refund After Booking
Once a workshop seat is booked and payment is successfully
completed, refunds will not be issued. This is because each
workshop has limited seats reserved in advance.
2. Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend the workshop due to unavoidable
circumstances, you may request rescheduling.
The
request must be made at least 24 hours before the workshop start
time.
Rescheduling is allowed one time only.
To communicate important health updates or service information

The seat will be moved to the next available workshop date.
3. Late Cancellation / No Show
If a participant:
To
Cancels less than 24 hours before the workshop, or
Does not attend the scheduled workshop
4. Workshop Cancellation by
Organizer
In rare situations where the
workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Maternity Care,
participants will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer the booking to another workshop date
5. Transfer of Seat
If you cannot attend the workshop,
you may transfer your seat to another person. Please inform our
team before the workshop begins with the new participant’s
details.
